I require appointments to be cancelled 24 hours in advance, or you will be charged 50% of your scheduled appointment. I charge a 100% cancellation fee for any no-shows. If you arrive 15 minutes or more after you scheduled appointment time we will either reschedule, or you will not receive your entire service. I do understand that life can be unpredictable, please contact me directly if there is an emergency. I will always respect your time if you respect mine.
